Topics in Computational Geometry This course will cover selected topics in computational geometry, which is concerned with efficient algorithms for solving problems involving geometric objects. Possible topics include geometric data structures (for example, for point location, range searching, and nearest neighbors), geometric optimization problems, geometric approximation algorithms, geometric streaming algorithms, and combinatorial geometry. The course will touch on some of the latest research results in the area.
