Project Title

How did I get interested in Computer Science?
I have been in Computer Science since I was very young, My school had Computer Science classes from a very early age, and I have always known that this is what I want to pursue.

What social interests matter to me?
I am have always been heavily involved in volunteering/projects for social good. The one aspect that is very close to me is women empowerment and to increase engagement and a sense of community in spaces where there is less representation.

What is my most impactful college experience?
I consider all my experiences to be really important as they shaped me to be the person I am but I value the time I spent collaborating with my friends to build projects that help solve real world problems.

Research Description

Biography
Anushree Berlia is currently a second semester Sophomore student studying Computer Science. Her interests lie in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and how it works with different spheres of the society. She is a part of the Women in Computer Science as the Treasurer and Gies College of Business Disruption Lab as a Software Engineer. This summer she was a Uber Star Software Engineering Intern at Uber, where she worked with creating pipelines to store the data into different destinations and data management. She is also passionate about contributing a cause and uplifting the underrepresented sections of the society. She also actively volunteers for organisations to teach students Mathematics, Science and English and has been doing so for a few years now.
