Computer Science Annual Fund
The Computer Science Annual Fund is a fund focused on financially supporting entering and current students within the department. The Innovation Fund fulfills its mission by honoring our past, preserving our present excellence and extending our outreach to future generations.
Now, more than ever, we depend on the alumni and friends of the Department of Computer Science. The economic climate in which the department operates has changed dramatically since the year 2000. Government funding, which once covered 80% of our budget, now provides only 20% of our funding. In order to continue to flourish as one of the top computer science departments in the country, we depend on the generosity of our alumni and friends. Your gifts, large or small, enable us to uphold our distinguished past, maintain excellent educational and research opportunities for our current students and faculty, and cultivate our outreach to future generations.

The Department of Computer Science Scholarship Fund aims to maximize educational opportunity at all levels by offering thousands of dollars in scholarships and award money to outstanding undergraduates. Each year, the Department of Computer Science recognizes achievement and leadership contributions in the classroom and the research lab. These awards are made possible by generous donations from alumni and corporate partners.

Computer Science Outreach Fund
The Department of Computer Science Outreach Program aims to increase the quantity and quality of female and minority students and others who have been historically underrepresented in computer science. Our outreach program provides distinctive programs, supportive services, mentoring, financial, and academic opportunities to highly-motivated women and minority students who have interest and potential to pursue careers in computer science.
